A sculpting device for rough shape sketching

This would be a device that would enable someone to sculpt rough shapes for their terrain in real-time, and would offer a lot of control over the base shape of their terrain. This would have a 2D mode for manually sketching out masks, and a 3D mode for sculpting.

This would be an nice addition to the options of file input and shape (vector) imports. It immediately prompts me to think of suggesting brushes to sculpt with, as many of us have libraries of sculpting alphas we might want to leverage here.
