UI redesign (revised)

(Ref. attached image.)

The drop-down options across the very top have been spaced out/enlarged to help improve clarity and selection speed.

The action buttons immediately below have been given simpler, more clearly defined shapes/symbols to help improve comprehension and selection speed.

The device tabs have been better defined and given drop-down menu's, so as to reduce screen clutter.

The side panel elements have been simplified to reduce clutter and each attributed a 'hide' and 'pop-out' button.

The main purpose in this kind of redesign is to help with focus, comprehension and speed. Additionally, the design lends itself well to touch functionality; though I understand that is likely a far-future consideration.

To clarify, the action button symbols represent the following in order:

New World, Open World, Open Example World, Save, Export, Project Settings/Configure WorldMachine, Randomise, Split Primary Viewport, Device View, Layout View, Explorer View, 3D View, 2D View.
