Parameter: Integer Math & Integer Clamp

I'm kind of surprised there isn't one of each already, but I've run into situations, building macros, where I want to be able to do something like perform a fraction of my initial erosion in a second erosion. There might be other situations where a parameter takes an integer only, but a little math is needed.
