Restore UI workspace on startup

World Machine should remember and restore the last used arrangement of view panes and additional windows.

Perhaps also allow a "workspaces" system that allows you to save and switch between commonly used arrangements.

It's pretty annoying to need to open up a second display window for the second monitor every single time the program launches. It makes every crash significantly more annoying, especially if you're working with unstable devices like layout editors.

Just a note that you shouldn't be experiencing any consistent instability from the layout view in the current version. If so, please contact support@world-machine.com.
