Add "portal" devices

Add a new 'portal' or 'wireless' device that takes a wire and broadcasts it; you can then connect to that wireless signal from anywhere else in the network without having a wire between them.

I think the "checkpoint" device would be the perfect place for this feature. Could be implemented as a simple checkbox "broadcast outputs". It already has a renaming feature for wires, all it needs is the ability to broadcast the input data.
