Layout Device Improvements

This is a general vote for feature and quality of life improvements to the Layout Device. Some of the potential items include:
* Grouping shapes together / csg
* Assign shapes to output channels instead of just the master channel
* Improved breakup/distortion control
* Midline falloff instead of just internal/external
* Additional shape types
* Improved elevation control of shapes, editing methods
* Multiple vertex selection
