Getting curve data/selecte curve property

Just like for heightmaps, curves would greatly benefit from selector devices. Would it be possible to get devices like "select curve slope", "select curve amplitude".
Other great additions would be a:
- curve clamp, ensuring the curve will never exceed certain values, and a mode that simply clips off the curve at a certain value, creating a ceiling/floor (kind of like a tape compressor would do with soundwaves).
- "absolute curves" device, inverting just the negative values, and also an option to invert the output.
